1. Mixed berries and yogurt smoothie :

Simple and delicious smoothie for the morning rush. Blend frozen berries, banana, Greek yogurt and add coconut water or almond milk. For extra energy boost and to stop food cravings until lunch add protein.

2. Quinoa and chia porridge:

Another healthy breakfast is quinoa porridge cooked in water or milk of your choice ( we love unsweetened almond milk ) Add some spices, fruit and chia seeds on top. Quinoa is rich in protein and essential amino acids like lysine, which is essential for tissue growth and repair.

3. Avocado on toast :

We just love toasted rye bread topped with guacamole ( and you can add the fried egg for extra protein kick ) Peeled off 1/2. Of avocado and put in the bowl. Smashed it and add salt, lemon juice, little chili. Spread on toast and put a fried egg on top. Avocados are a high-antioxidant food that contains lutein, a type of carotenoid that protects eye health and preserves healthy, youthful looking skin and hair.

4. Peanut butter and a banana smoothie:

Smoothies are perfect on the go snack any time of the day.But they are especially tasty in the morning.  Plus you can take them with you on the way when you late so they also save your precious time!Blend frozen banana, yogurt, peanut butter, oats and soya milk. This will keep you going until lunch. For an extra tasty treat, you can add pineapple to the mix!

5. Acai bowl:

Açai is an amazing superfood and it also tastes great so it is the perfect option for healthy breakfast. Just blend açai with yogurt and add blueberries and granola on top. Açai berries contain antioxidants, fiber, and heart-healthy fats. They may have more antioxidant content than other commonly eaten berries, such as cranberries, blueberries, and strawberries.

6. Egg white omelet with avocado.

This healthy variation on breakfast classic is very simple to make and lets you feel good after leaving your house for another busy day at work. Just break eggs and separate yolks from whites, cook them with extra virgin olive oil. Add half of avocado on the side. If you need a slice of bread try to use rye bread.

7. Wholemeal bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon

Toast wholemeal bagel and top it up with cream cheese and smoked salmon. For an extra kick, you can add avocado or even finely chopped a red onion!  Just delicious.
